In 1951, Grandview Furnace Company, Inc. was started with the simple idea of providing the highest quality HVAC products, expert installations and customer service second to none.

Throughout the next few decades, Grandview Furnace Company, Inc. grew to be a leader in the HVAC service industry, garnering numerous awards, including recognition as “Dealer of the year” several times from vendors such as Carrier, Lennox, and Climate Master.

Recognized for championing the effectiveness of high efficiency heating and cooling systems, especially ground source heat pumps, Grandview Furnace Company received one of its highest honors in 1982. Grandview Furnace Company was selected along with Ambassador Homes of Overland Park, KS, a highly respected and innovative builder, to partner with the Department of Energy in Washington, DC to install Kansas’ first ever closed-loop ground source heat pump in a governmental research home in Southern Johnson County.

Since installing that first heat pump in Overland Park, KS in 1982, Grandview Furnace Company has installed over 5000 tons of heat pumps, leading my peers in the HVAC industry to nickname me the “Guru of Ground Source”.
